    • We begin by harnessing the power of mindfulness practice to cultivate a heightened awareness of the negative and outdated thoughts that occupy our minds. Often these thoughts have become so deeply ingrained that we no longer recognize their presence, yet they play a significant role in driving unwanted habits and behaviors.

    • Once we bring these unconscious thoughts and beliefs into the consciousness, we can actively engage with them through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Drawing from a diverse range of tools and techniques, we intervene to transform these negative thoughts and beliefs into more positive and empowering ones. Simultaneously, we embrace positive coping skills that enable us to build constructive behaviors and profoundly enhance our emotional well-being.

    • By rewiring our thoughts, beliefs, and coping mechanisms, we pave the way for a life filled with greater joy, resilience, and overall fulfillment.

Not all diagnoses are covered. Insurers may also limit the number of sessions and the nature of treatment, which may adversely affect the optimal course of therapy. Some clients choose not to use mental health insurance benefits to avoid these issues.
